How does it work?

Please send us a Booking request by email.

Following Your request, we'll send You a Booking Offer.

After You pay the first installment (30% of the total price), the reservation becomes valid and we'll send You the Booking confirmation.

Another 30% must be paid at the latest one month before Your arrival.

The rest (40%) is paid on arrival.

 

Payment methods

The first two installments can be paid using either bank money-transfer or Credit card payment. For Credit card payment we'll need the Card number and Expiration date.
The last installment can be paid either in cash or using the POS terminal (both Credit and Debit cards are fine).

We accept MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, VISA and VISA ELECTRON.

 

Credit card payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount Your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging Your credit card, the same amount is converted into Your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation must be made in writing and will only apply from the day when we recieve it. In case of cancellation:

  • from the booking date until 35 days before arrival, 70% of the advanced payment will be refunded

  • from the booking date until 21 days before arrival, 40% of the advanced payment will be refunded

  • from the booking date until 14 days before arrival, 10% of the advanced payment will be refunded

  • from the booking date until less than 14 days before arrival we have the right to keep the total of the advanced payment

Privacy policy

CasaMenta commits to protect the personal data of the customer in a way that we collect only essential basic information about guests that are necessary for the fulfillment of obligations; informs guests about the way we collect data, and give guests a choice about how their data, including the decision whether or not to have their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All the data is strictly confidential and available only where such information is necessary to perform the job. All employees of CasaMenta are responsible for respecting the policy.
