How does it work?
Please send us a Booking request by email.
Following your request, we'll send you a Booking Offer.
After you pay the first installment (30% of the total price), the reservation becomes valid and we'll send you the Booking confirmation.
Another 30% must be paid at the latest one month before your arrival.
The rest (40%) is paid on arrival.
Payment methods
The first two installments can be paid using bank money-transfer.
The last installment can be paid either using bank money-transfer or in cash.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation must be made in writing and will only apply from the day when we recieve it. In case of cancellation:

from the booking date until 30 days before arrival, 50% of the advanced payment will be refunded

from the booking date until less than 30 days before arrival, we have the right to keep the total of the advanced payment
Privacy policy
CasaMenta commits to protecting the personal data of the customer in a way that we collect only essential basic information about guests that are necessary for the fulfillment of obligations; we inform guests about the way we collect data, and give guests a choice about how their data, including the decision whether or not to have their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All the data is strictly confidential and available only where such information is necessary to perform the job. All employees of CasaMenta are responsible for respecting the policy.
